PAYPAL PAYMENTS for Booking Deposits

By paying the deposit through Paypal, you are aware that all deposits are non-refundable, unless we reject your booking, in which case we will refund you within 24 hours.

You also agree to bear 4.4% additional cost which are charged by Paypal as transaction costs, while we pay for 2.5% Paypal exchange fees and VAT or any additional taxes within India.

When you click on Pay Now button below it will be taken to a secured Paypal website, where you can choose one of the two options to pay:
1) With your Paypal account, if you have one already
2) Don’t have a Paypal account (pay with Credit/Debit Card)

If you already have a Paypal account, but have any limitation and restrictions, you can pay with second option: Don’t have an account, in which case you need to use an email address other than the one associated with your existing Paypal account.

If you are new to Paypal you may want to know:

  • Paypal will ask you for ‘Country’ – please choose the country of your billing address, from where your card company/bank is located and not the country of receiver, India.
  • The zip code in the address is a postal code and not pin code of your card.
  • When the payment is successful you will receive an invoice from Paypal and we will also receive a copy. So, no need to send that Paypal invoice to us, unless you don’t hear from us in two/three days with a Booking Confirmation mail.
  • We take 24 hours to 48 hours to send you a Booking Confirmation email.
  • If you paid by Netbanking/E-check option within Paypal, it may take a minimum of 7 days before the payment reaches our account and for us to send you a Booking Confirmation email.

If you don’t have a Credit/Debit card, please use one of your friends/families as Paypal is easiest option to pay us.

We don’t take payments through International Bank Transfer, as the process involves a lot of paper work for us and your name will not be reflected in our bank statements. Also the amount of time it takes for money to reach our account is uncertain (we know that from our past experience). Also if the money doesn’t arrive it is impossible for us to track, as all International bank transfers to India are routed through a third party Intermediatery bank, in the absence the our Indian banks don’t have branches in your country and vice-versa.
