About Me
Yoga was love at first cat-cow move, when we had one yoga class in school around 1975. Since 1984 ,when I was in India in connection with my education, I knew, I had to come back to India to take a yoga teacher training. I took my first yoga teacher training in Ayur Yoga Ashram in 2015. Soon after I started to teach a few yoga classes a week. Today teaching yoga & meditation is my main living. I teach on different locations around Aarhus and in my own cosy yogastudio "Yoga'nnkeset".
