I did my first yoga teacher training at Ayur Yoga Asram. Since I specialized in 5 elements yoga therapy, Yin and meridian yoga and hormone yoga therapy for women. I see being a yoga teacher as an ongoing learning process and journey.
I am also a Master hypnotherapist and Master NLP practitioner. I am finishing my registration to become a psychotherapist specializing in hypnoses.
I have my own yoga studio and clinic in Odense Denmark. I do yoga retreats at my studio and abroad.
Before I became a fulltime yoga teacher and therapist, I was a medical anthropologist.
